Refund and Returns Policy


If the merchandise is not what you ordered, STLHQ will replace it or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of from the day the package was delivered. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. STLHQ cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which you will then send directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

Shortages or missing products need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of item.

Orders cancelled while processing (order has been placed, invoiced and/or shipped) AND unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Goods only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.

Most products are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. In most cases, it is best to send your item directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Most manufacturers offer superior service, if you find a manufacturer uncooperative with legitimate warranty claims, call us, we will go to bat for you.

Online inventory changes daily. Listings may occasionally contain errors. STLHQ retains rights to refuse any order which includes, but is not limited to, online listings containing errors in title, description or price. Should an order be canceled, the customer will be contacted, and the customer’s card will not be charged or the money will be returned. In the event that an order is shipped by mistake, the customer should return the item unopened to avoid billing. In placing an online order, the customer agrees that any discrepancies will be ultimately judged by STLHQ
